Floyd of Rosedale has been replanted.

It would be great if the clue editing page had an announce option to
post the clue on the What's New page. We thought it used to, but it
looks like that's only an option when adding a new box. It was faster
to edit the clue and post here instead of deleting and adding it as a
new box.
